How quickly will you respond to my message?
WhatsApp messages are typically answered within minutes during active hours, MashaAllah. Email enquiries are responded to within one business day, by Allah's permission. We honour every parent's time and treat each enquiry as an amanah.
Is the free trial truly free, with no obligation?
Yes, completely free. InshaAllah, you can attend a full session with one of our certified Huffadh, observe the teaching style, and ask any questions. There is no payment required, no card on file, and no pressure to commit. If it feels right, we proceed. If not, we part on excellent terms — "and Allah loves those who do good" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:195).
Do you offer female teachers for daughters?
Absolutely, Alhamdulillah. We have a dedicated team of qualified female Huffadh and Tajweed-certified Mu'allimaat. Many families — especially for daughters and younger children — prefer this nurturing environment. Simply mention your preference when you contact us.
Can I observe my child's classes?
Yes. We warmly welcome parental presence and consider it a sign of a deeply engaged household. You may sit beside your child, listen from another room, or join silently from another device. Transparency between teacher, child, and parent is part of our amanah.
What if I am not in the United States?
MashaAllah, we serve Muslim families across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond. Our teachers schedule across all major time zones. Whether you are in London, Toronto, Sydney, or Dubai — we will find a time that works for your child.
How are the classes conducted?
All sessions are conducted live, one-on-one, via Zoom or Google Meet. Your child needs only an internet connection, a device (laptop, tablet, or phone), and a quiet space. We provide all curriculum materials, including digital Qaida and Mushaf access where needed.
